Service Request (SR) Customer Arrival

Follow these steps when a customer arrives at the store for a repair related to a **Service Request**.

1. Primary Lookup at Repair Desk

  1. Go to the **repair desk** system interface.
  2. Enter **both** the customer's **Phone Number** and **Email Address**. You will then see the service request to pick up for repair.
  3. Attempt to locate the existing Service Request.
