Follow these steps when a customer arrives at the store for a repair related to a **Service Request**.
1. Primary Lookup at Repair Desk

Go to the **repair desk** system interface.

Enter **both** the customer's **Phone Number** and **Email Address**. You will then see the service request to pick up for repair.

Attempt to locate the existing Service Request.
2. Fallback: Customer Search
If the details above do not successfully retrieve the Service Request:
**Action:** Check their details using the **Customer Search** tool located in the **navigation bar**.
**Note:** Customer Search only requires their **Phone Number**.
